Participants who would like to actively participate in the Meeting, are requested to submit an abstract for review by the Scientific Committee.
The material submitted should be unpublished and not have been presented in any other meeting.
The Committee reserves the right to:
- select the abstracts relevant to the sessions
- decide on the final form of presentation.
IMPORTANT: Note that there will be a limit of one abstracts per presenting author. Presenting authors whose abstract has been notified accepted must be registered to the Conference within the indicated deadline. Failure to do so will result in exclusion from the conference programme.
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
All abstracts must be submitted exclusively through the online platform before April 11th 2019 at 23:59h GMT+1.
Abstracts received after this deadline will not be considered.
Abstracts submitted by email or post mail will not be accepted.
All abstracts must only be submitted in English.
Please do not indent. The extension limit will be 25 words.
Authors are requested to mention three keywords.
The abstract’s text should not exceed 250 words.
Should have the following structure:
- Material and methods
Graphics and tables are allowed. Pictures and images will not be accepted.
Please make sure you check your abstract carefully before finalizing your submission.
IMPORTANT: No modifications will be allowed after the submission’s deadline.
Authors are urged to carefully consider the list of topics, before indicating the appropriate topic for their abstract.
Authors are requested to select one topic from each category. The list of topics is as follows:

Author names and affiliations: Where the family name may be ambiguous (e.g., a double name), please indicate this clearly. Institution, department and location are requested from all authors.
Contact person: Clearly indicate who will handle correspondence at all stages of refereeing and publication (and post-publication). Ensure the information provided is correct and make sure contact details (phone number and email) are right for the corresponding author and the presenting author as these will be used for contact purposes.
